All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 2-4 business days to process your order excluding weekends and holidays.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

DELIVERY METHODS

Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilize the following shipping and delivery methods:

  • Small items

Many lightweight items can be shipped via the United States Post. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

  • Medium – sized items

For medium to bulky-sized items for example home decor products that cannot be shipped via United States Post, we will send them enough one of several freight carriers. Once your items have left the warehouse, you will be able to track their journey online. Please note that delivery dates shown on the carriers’ websites are only estimates and we cannot take any liability for late deliveries. Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order.

We cannot accept a PO box for these items as a shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery.

NOTE FOR TAXES

Our customers need to pay VAT(Valued Additional Tax) according to the United States levying rules.
