1) How can I pay?

We accept payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB.

2) Do the GOODS come with the box?

Yes they come with the box and we double box every order to protect it during shipping.

3) How long does Delivery time ?

Shipping takes 13-16 business days (Mon-Sat).  We will email you the tracking code as soon as we receive the order.  Please do not email us asking for the tracking code before the 7th business day.  Total delivery time will be needed 15 – 20 business days.

4) Do you ship worldwide?

No. Currently, we are not shipping worldwide.

5) What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an error was made on our end  (example: You ordered an big size and we sent a small, which this has never happened). Return will be accepted within 30 days. We will refund you within 15 business days.

6) How can I get my tracking number?

All packages come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number 2-3 days after your package ships. Do not worry as all packages are insured and are guaranteed for.

7) Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our goods in the United States. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.
